Erin Monteith is an educator with 11 years of experience. Over the years, she has taught all grades from Pre-K to 12th and most subject areas. Most of those years have been in a middle school English Language Arts classroom. Throughout the years of teaching, she has adapted the ELA curriculum to integrate Social Studies and the Arts to create an educational experience that focused on the students in the classroom. This past year and half, Erin has been working with Goldbelt Heritage Foundation to help educators indigenize curriculum to be culturally responsive and place-based. She has a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wyoming.
