Participants will interact with the tools of cultural proficiency (CP) through breakout rooms, mentimeter, and chat box. Cultural proficiency is a framework that allows for effective interaction with people who differ from one another. CP is a model for individual transformation and organizational change. There are four tools for developing one’s cultural proficiency. Participants will be exposed to the “Continuum” and use the analogy of windows and mirrors to gauge healthy and unhealthy behaviors, attitudes, and conversations.
