Often culturally responsive education is interrupted by academic resistance of individuals with power and control delaying or muffling the full potential to develop transformative learning experiences. Particularly we will examine cultural bias assessments, hoarding “true” knowledge and promoting global citizenship that honors all people. Positive decolonization instructional practices will be generated collectively as a group to set personalized goals for the upcoming academic year.
