The three pillars of equitable grading support student learning and buoy student success. Anchorage teachers piloted practices that connect to the pillars of accuracy, bias-resistance, and intrinsic motivation to support all students. This session will review the three pillars as well as qualitative and quantitative data on how students responded to specific changes in grading practices.
