Sara Little is an MA student in anthropology at Western Washington University and a research assistant with the Active Societal Participation in Research and Education (ASPIRE) team. She has spent several years living and working in Southeast Alaska in support of Alaska Native education, including with the Sealaska Heritage Institute. Chookán Lakrisha Brady
Chookán Lakrisha Brady was born and raised in Sheet’ká, and has a background in cultural education. She now works with the Association of Alaska School Boards, supporting schools in elevating youth voice and leadership across the state. Chookán supports districts by facilitating dialogues, and trains future facilitators to host family and school conversations.
